The Decision Date for the application is scheduled for June 27, 2008 provided all review <br />issues are resolved. <br />Please find enclosed responses from the Division of Water Resources and the Soil Conservation Board <br />for the area. As noted neither has issues or comments with the proposed project. <br />Staff will be setting up pre-operational inspection for early May.
