NORTHWEST COLORADO CONSULTANTS, INC. <br />Project: Refuse Pile <br />Location: Foidel Creek Mine <br />Client: Twentymile Coal Co. <br />Project No.: 99-3983 <br />Report No.: 35 <br />Date: 10/25/07 <br />Time: 4.5 <br />Mileage: 44 <br />Engr./Tech: CR <br />Work Performed: <br />As requested, we visited the project site on this date and conducted compaction test No.'s 362 through 3fi4 on the <br />material that was placed in the Refuse Pile. <br />Twentymile Coal Company crews placed and compacted processed Waste Coal in Area 3 at the Refuse Pile. <br />We obtained samples for moisture content determination and a complete sample was obtained for checkpoint <br />Proctor determination. The sample matched a previous curve on the job, Proctor Sample Number 9P. <br />Remarks: <br />The material tested generally met the project specifications for compaction. <br />Please refer to the attached sheet for results of today's testing. <br />Verbal Discussions: <br />Dave Wallace of Twentymile Coal Co. was notified of today's test results. <br />
