Table 6 summarizes the schedule for agency notification in both the temporary suspension monitoring plan and in the commercial production monitoring plan and for collecting verification samples and. During commercial production, a verification sample woulct be collected in the month following the. first sample containing one or more elevated indicator parameters. During temporary suspension, a verification sample would be collected in the month followinV~ the second yuarter}y sample contanung one or more indicator parameters that are substantially elevated. Notification would be made to the Director and other Regulatory Agencies within S days of processing the data reports from the lab for any constituents outside; of the Permit Condition values in accordance with Table G. If the first verification sample also lies outside of the Pern~it Condition Values, a second verification sample will be taken in the next month. A corrective action plan ~~-ould be fornlulated in conjunction with agency personnel based upon the issue identified.
