During commercial production, a verification sample woulct be collected in the month <br />following the. first sample containing one or more elevated indicator parameters. During temporary <br />suspension, a verification sample would be collected in the month followinV~ the second yuarter}y sample <br />contanung one or more indicator parameters that are substantially elevated. Notification would be made <br />to the Director and other Regulatory Agencies within S days of processing the data reports from the lab <br />for any constituents outside; of the Permit Condition values in accordance with Table G. If the first <br />verification sample also lies outside of the Pern~it Condition Values, a second verification sample will be <br />taken in the next month.
