<br />6.0 <br />mature wells, long-term subsidence is expected to be less than 3 feet. and visually <br />unnoticeable. <br />If the TDR system (described in Section 3.0) detects downward vertical movement of 1 <br />foot or more at the Mahogany Zone for we1120-12, American Soda will initiate the <br />following actions: <br />+ Notify EPA, BLM, and CDMG that movement in the Mahogany Zone has been <br />indicated. <br />+ Evaluate the integrity of the coaxial cable and the instrumentation associated with <br />the TDR system at the 20-12 well. <br />+ Evaluate the water-level measurements and analytical data for groundwater <br />samples extracted from the Upper Aquifer and the Lower Aquifer to determine if <br />there is an indication of aquifer communication. <br />+ .Consult with EPA, BLM, and CDMG regarding the results of the above-described <br />tests to determine an appropriate action plan.
