In accordance with DMG <br />Construction Material Rule 3.1.5(9), the following information is provided in support of this <br />Notice: <br />(a) Inert fill material will be obtained from a variety of off-site sources ranging from <br />excavation activities for construction of basements and buildings, land clearing, <br />demolition projects, and road and highway construction. This material will be <br />incorporated into the reclamation of the sand and gravel mine site operated under MLRB <br />112c Permit No. M-1989-120, located at 1859 N. U.S. Highway 85, Brighton, Colorado. <br />(b) The approximate volume of inert material to be imported and backfilled as set forth in (a) <br />above is estimated to be a maximum of 603,000 cubic yards. <br />(c) Enclosed is an affidavit certifying that the material to be imported is clean and inert, as <br />defined in Rule 1.1(20). <br />(d) It is anticipated that hauling of import material to the site and backfilling with the <br />imported material would commence upon approval by the Division of this Notice or, if <br />the Division does not respond, within thirty (30) days of the Division's receipt of this <br />Notice.
