<br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Connell Resources, ]nc., 4305 East Harmony Road, Fort Collins, Colorado, 80528, (970) 223-3151 <br />has filed a Construction Materials Regular (112) Operation Reclamation Permit with the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of~the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act for <br />the extraction of construction materials. The proposed operation is known as the SerFer Pit and is <br />located in the Northeast corner of Section 24, Tov~mship 6 North, Range 68 West, Sixth P.M. in <br />Larimer County, Colorado. <br />The general location. of this operation is approximately 2 miles west of Windsor, Colorado on the <br />southwest corner of County Road 13 and State Highway 392. <br />The permit boundary will encompass approximately 45 acres with approximately 30 acres being <br />mined. The anticipated time for mining and reclaiming of the SerFer Project site is approximately <br />3.5 years. The proposed commencement date is summer of 2008 and the proposed date of <br />completion is 2012.
