New Horizon Mine, Permit C-
81-008
Dear Marcia:
After reviewing Jim Boyd's 03March08 design calculations for side roll
sprinklers on Morgan's land, I thought it would be appropriate to investigate
the water quantity being delivered by the Colorado Cooperative Company to
the Park. Specifically, if 50 shares of CCC water really equated to 1.50CFS of
water. Attached is a report with my findings.
The conclusion of the report is that insufficient water quantity is being
transported by the CCC Ditch to the Park to make 50 shares of water
equivalent to 1.50 CFS, the amount to satisfy the requirements for three (3)
side roll sprinklers.
Please call if there are any questions.
Sincerely,
oss Gubk
Chief Engi eer
F:\Eng\DATA\WP\revisions\Highline Canal Diversion Report 20march08.wpd
