At <br />the tithe o1E purchase, BRI was a wholly-owned ~ubsidiaxy of gnrech. 'In 2004, the <br />Statx regulatory authority issued C-81-O13 to BRI "to conduct a mining op~'°0II <br />known as the Golden Eagle Mine" for a period of 5 years.
