This partial inspection of the Blue Flame Coal Mine was conducted by DRMS staff from the Durango
Office, 701 Camino del Rio, Room 315, Durango, CO 81301, phone [phone]. The permit has
been revoked. Financial warranty was forfeited and utilized to complete reclamation. One photo
accompanies this inspection.
Reclaimed lands appeared well vegetated and stable. Snow cover persisted in sun shaded areas.
