Ref ;Clarification for Use of Facilities with Mining Lease of August 1, 2007
COAG CORPORATION desires to conduct an underground bulk sampling prospecting activity
in the Franklin Mine underground workings. In order to safelq and efficiently conduct the
prospecting activity, COAG Corporation is seeking permission to utilize certain existing
facilities and structures owned by you, as our Lessor. These items include the following:
• The immediate area and the shaft known as The Franklin Shaft #73 is needed to provide
ventilation for underground workings during our bulls sampling. COAG Corporation
agrees to provide, at its cost, a removable closure that will provide for ventilation and
meet the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DBMS) specifications. COAG
Corporation agrees to maintain the closure and its immediate area in a neat and orderly
condition. Upon completion of the bulk sampling (prospecting) activities, COAG
Corporation will leave this site in a condition suitable for the future uses of the
landowner.
• The immediate area, the shaft and hoist house, known as The Freighter's Friend, is
needed to provide access to the underground workings. COAG will maintain the shaft
and hoist house in a proper working and safe condition. Upon completion of the
prospecting activity, COAG Corporation understands that it is the landowner's desire is
to leave the shaft and hoist house in a secure, fully functional condition for the
landowner's future use. COAG Corporation agrees to leave the shaft and hoist house in
such a condition.
• COAG Corporation agrees to leave the bench area in a stable condition upon completion
of the bulk sampling prospecting activity, in conformance with its approved DBMS
Notice of Intent (NOI).
• COAG Corporation requests permission, by way of this agreement, to use the existing ore
storage bins on Dorothy Kennec's property. COAG Corporation agrees to maintain the
ore storage bins in a fully functional manner. COAG Corporation also agrees to leave the
bins, upon completion of its bulk sampling prospecting activity, in a fully functional
condition for the landowner's future use.
