In order to safelq and efficiently conduct the <br />prospecting activity, COAG Corporation is seeking permission to utilize certain existing <br />facilities and structures owned by you, as our Lessor. These items include the following: <br />• The immediate area and the shaft known as The Franklin Shaft #73 is needed to provide <br />ventilation for underground workings during our bulls sampling. COAG Corporation <br />agrees to provide, at its cost, a removable closure that will provide for ventilation and <br />meet the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DBMS) specifications. COAG <br />Corporation agrees to maintain the closure and its immediate area in a neat and orderly <br />condition. Upon completion of the bulk sampling (prospecting) activities, COAG <br />Corporation will leave this site in a condition suitable for the future uses of the <br />landowner. <br />• The immediate area, the shaft and hoist house, known as The Freighter's Friend, is <br />needed to provide access to the underground workings. COAG will maintain the shaft <br />and hoist house in a proper working and safe condition. Upon completion of the <br />prospecting activity, COAG Corporation understands that it is the landowner's desire is <br />to leave the shaft and hoist house in a secure, fully functional condition for the <br />landowner's future use. COAG Corporation agrees to leave the shaft and hoist house in <br />such a condition. <br />• COAG Corporation agrees to leave the bench area in a stable condition upon completion <br />of the bulk sampling prospecting activity, in conformance with its approved DBMS <br />Notice of Intent (NOI). <br />• COAG Corporation requests permission, by way of this agreement, to use the existing ore <br />storage bins on Dorothy Kennec's property. COAG Corporation agrees to maintain the <br />ore storage bins in a fully functional manner. COAG Corporation also agrees to leave the <br />bins, upon completion of its bulk sampling prospecting activity, in a fully functional <br />condition for the landowner's future use. <br />1 of 2 <br />
