<br />In additi/ln, Seller also claims 2.2 cfs in the Inverson Interceptor Ditch as stated on the Deed recorded December
<br />24, 1969 i;n Book 364 at Page 316 in Moffat County, Colorado. This ditch plots out on Four Mile Creek, Pump site
<br />No. 2 on rthe Colorado decree has an error in location and plots our approximately 4600 feet into Wyoming where
<br />it could not benefit the land owned by Seller. This may be a valid Colorado "book right", but could be subject to
<br />abandortlnent for nonuse.
