PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Hard Rock Paving and Redi-Mix, Inc., whose address and telephone number is: P.O. Box 556, Canon City, <br />CO. 81212, (719;- 275 -1280, has filed an application for a DRM&S 112 Reclamation Permit with the <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the <br />Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed mine is known as the Flying Triangle Ranch Pit and is <br />located on the Clifford T. Henderson property in portions of the NE/4 of Section 23 and the N W/4 of <br />Section 24, Township 12 N., Range 92 W, of the 6th Colorado Principal Meridian, Moffat County, <br />Colorado on a 61 acre site. The proposed date of completion is five to fifteen years after the completion <br />and issue of all State of Colorado and Moffat County Permits. The current land use is for rangeland and the <br />proposed future ease of the land is for rangeland. <br />Additional information and the tentative and final decision date may be obtained from the Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining & Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado, 80203, (303) 866- <br />3567, or at the Moffat County Clerk and Recorders Office, 221 W. Victory Way, Craig, Colorado, 81625, <br />or the above named applicant. A complete copy of the application is available at the above named County <br />Clerk and Recorder's Office and at the Division's office. <br />Comments concerning the application and exhibits must be in writing and must be received by the Division <br />of Reclamation, Mining & Safety by 4:00 p.m. within 10 days following the day/date of the last and final <br />publication of the Public Notice in a local publication... i.e. The Craig Daily Press). <br />"In the case of X2112 Limited Impact Permit Application, such written comments, protests, and petitions <br />for a hearing must be received by the Office not more than ten (10) days (calendar) after the last date for <br />flee newspaperleublication of notice of application provided for in Rules 1.6.2(1)(d) and 1.6.3(3)." <br />
