PUBLIC NOTICE Hard Rock Paving and Redi-Mix, Inc., whose address and telephone number is: P.O. Box 556, Canon City, CO. 81212, (719;- 275 -1280, has filed an application for a DRM&S 112 Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed mine is known as the Flying Triangle Ranch Pit and is located on the Clifford T. Henderson property in portions of the NE/4 of Section 23 and the N W/4 of Section 24, Township 12 N., Range 92 W, of the 6th Colorado Principal Meridian, Moffat County, Colorado on a 61 acre site. The proposed date of completion is five to fifteen years after the completion and issue of all State of Colorado and Moffat County Permits. The current land use is for rangeland and the proposed future ease of the land is for rangeland. Comments concerning the application and exhibits must be in writing and must be received by the Division of Reclamation, Mining & Safety by 4:00 p.m. within 10 days following the day/date of the last and final publication of the Public Notice in a local publication... i.e. The Craig Daily Press).
