A program cailod QuickView wil! be copied to the CD and must be installed on your computer in order to use a DMG imaging CD the <br />first time. Future use of tbis or other imaging CD's does Trot require a new installation of the softwart. <br />2. The CD or DV D that you purchase rl13l~i be in the p: drive, A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. <br />3. The CD will contain files with the .tif extension. There needs to bean image viewing application for .tif files on your computer that <br />will handle single and multi-,Page documents. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing pro®rarrrs are called "Windows Picturo <br />and .Fax Viewer" or "Paint" raid they do not work with QuickView. The [merging Viewer that comes with pre-Windows XP computers <br />does wort` DMG has deterniined that a program called "IrfanView", which can be downloaded from IrfanView.com, does work wide <br />QuidcView. ARer downloading "irfanView", it needs to be configured as your default .tif viewer. DMG does not support or endorse this <br />software and the licensing and registration arc the user's responsibility. There are many other programs that work as well, such as <br />"Imaging Preview" and "Imaging for Windows". <br />Instructioms• <br />1. insert the CD into your computer. NOTE: A program called QuickView Autorun, which runs the QuickView <br />2. Allow time for the CD to install. setup program, has also been copied to this CD. Ifthe Autorun program <br />3. Eject the CD from the computer. does NOT work, you will need to manually install the QulckView program. <br />4. Reinsert the CD into the computer. Instructions for manually irrstatting QuickYiew are available upon request <br />5..
