CO-0036684, on October 2, <br />2007. Only Pond E outfall No. 001 A (001 W) is reported under this CPDS permit. <br />TCC reported that outfa11001A an MON 1 discharged every week during October 2007, and only part of <br />November 2007. TCC reported that Outfa11001 A did not discharge during December 2007. TCC sampled <br />the effluent for outfa11001 W for WET tests using the older permit requirements. No exceedances were <br />reported for outfa11001A. The operator stated that WET tests using the newer criteria would be conducted <br />in September 2007. The report is in compliance with Rule 4.15.13(2)(iii).
