Anl~~t'~IC c~ SAFtTY <br />Re: Montgomery Site -State Permit # 111-8fi-104 & F.agle County Grading Permit <br />Dear Travis, <br />B&cB's approved Eagle County Grading Permit dated 3!1$!08 (you have copy & drawing) <br />was developed to enhance the transition area betwPcen the mining, area & the adjacent <br />property to the east, which B&B also awns. The transition area is part of an Open Space <br />dedication that Bl~B is giving to Eagle County as part of the 2007 Special Use permit <br />approval (ZS-00154}. The grading is not intended to increase the mining area but simply <br />to improve the finished product.
