The <br />transition area is part of an Open Space dedication that B&B is giving <br />to the County as part of our 2007 Special Use permit approval. The <br />grading is not intended to increase the mining area but simply to <br />improve the finished product. Eagle County supports and approves of this <br />plan. <br />2 <br />
