Bent County.Gravel Pit number M-87-041 had 17,000 ton of class 7 gravel hauled from it
in 1999. A map is enclosed to show direction of haul with the dotted line showing where
we will start in 2000. All class 7 gravel that was stockpiled by Carder inc. and is what
Bent County is hauling from. Bent County is in the process of applying for a Conversion
permit to increase the acreage of the current pit. It is currently permitted for 9.9 acres and
Bent County intends to increase it to approx. 26 acres.
