Robinson Brick Company is filing this Annual Report providing a Notice of Intent to
Continue Mining Operations at Chieftain North Mine located in Jefferson County,
Colorado. The mine is on active status, operating more than 180 days per year. The mine
has a phased reclamation plan.
Operations (Current Year)
Clay mining and overburden removal operations continue in accordance with the mine
plan. The permitted acreage remains at 130.46 acres and the maximum allowable
disturbed acreage remains at 54.2 acres. No additional acres of disturbance were
disturbed this period. Current disturbance is approximately 29.3 acres. No additional
acres were reclaimed during this reporting period.
Operations (Next Year)
Mining operations in 2005 -2006 will disturb no additional acres.
