SUBJECT: Annual Report/Map — Upper Lone Pine Mine, File No. M- 1994 -123
Dear Ms. Williams:
Please find enclosed a copy of the Upper Lone Pine Mine site map as per the Crystal Lakes Water
& Sewer Association's earlier correspondence with your office.
Material removed from the mine is estimated at 6750 yds'. There are approximately four truck
loads of screened and 10 truck loads pit run (at — 16 T /truck) of mined material yet to be hauled
away when weather and ground conditions permit.
The Association ceased mining process in September 2002. The mining equipment has been
removed, with most removed from the site during the winter of 2003. When the final bit of
material is removed, for all intents and purposed the mining process will be completed and the
construction phase of the dam (reference in Exhibit D MINING PLAN and Exhibit E
RECLAMATION PLAN in your file) will start.
