We continue to mine in a southerly direction, removing, <br />crushing, processing and stockpiling the existing tailings. <br />Stockpiles created by the mining activity are located north of this <br />currently mined area, in the previously mined and reclaimed 1987 <br />area. (See Attached Map). Previous activity reflected miming and <br />reclaiming approximately thirteen acres. With this disturbance, we <br />have mined and reclaimed approximately fifteen acres to date. <br />The reclamation of our site consists of the leveling of the existing <br />dredge tailings piles. There is no excavation (hole) associated with <br />our mining activity. There is not existing vegetation and <br />resultantly none has been disturbed. There is no topsoil to be <br />generated or replaced. Upon completion of our mining activity <br />several years hence, there will exist a level "floor, conducive to <br />further development. <br />Please refer to our enclosed map to see the location of the most <br />recent mining activity.
