We have historically used our land for <br />grazing, and desire the seeding of only grasses and forbs to maximize forage production <br />for livestock. <br />We also request that the mine operator not be held to any woody plant density standard in <br />the determination of revegetaNon success for bond release on reclaimed lands on our <br />property. <br />Sincerely, <br />_~~~~~ <br />Daniel L.
