as an addition and/or reviewed as a special use permit within an <br />appropriate zone district. <br />3.7.3 When any use has been added to any use group in accordance with <br />this Section 3.7, such use shall be deemed to be listed in the <br />appropriate Section of that use group and shall be added thereto in <br />the published text of this Ordinance at the first convenient <br />opportunity, with a notation indicating that the addition was made in <br />accordance with this Section. <br />4. Zone District Descriptions. <br />4.1 Estate Residential District (ER) <br />4.1.1 Purpose -The ER, Estate Residential district is designed to <br />accommodate very low-density single-family residential uses and <br />country estates on large lots that can possibly accommodate <br />livestock at specified density limits. These areas may or may not be <br />served by water utilities and must meet the respective Schedule of <br />Requirements. (See subsection 4.5, Section II of this document) <br />4.1.2 Uses-By-Right <br />• Single-family house (one per parcel) <br />• Public parks, playgrounds, and other public recreation areas <br />• Public utility distribution mains, lines, etc., which are underground <br />facilities to service residences <br />• Noncommercial domestic livestock, poultry and fowl less than or <br />equal to defined animal unit densities (See Appendix D for animal <br />unit densities) <br />• Satellite dish antennas without towers; ham radio towers <br />• Open space <br />• Accessory buildings and uses such as garages <br />• Livestock barns, not to exceed 35% of lot coverage, including <br />residential dwelling structure and other buildings <br />• Gardens <br />4.1.3 Conditional Uses <br />• Fire stations <br />• Factory built and manufactured housing on permanent and <br />engineered foundations <br />• Small wind energy conversion systems <br />• Crop production, orchards, nurseries, and flower production <br />• Small horse boarding operations of four (4) or less animals not <br />owned by operator; animal unit densities apply <br />I I -24 <br />
