SPECIAL CONDITIONS <br />A.' Every 5 years, beginning in October 1999, an interagency meeting will determine if the <br />project is in compliance with the permit and current regulatory requirements. Any deficiencies <br />in the mitigation requirements are grounds for revocation of the permit until the project is <br />brought into compliance. !t is the permittee's responsibility to notify the Corps in October <br />1999, 2004, 2009, and 2014 to arrange these meeting. The Corps will contact the other <br />agencies and set the meeting date. The Corps of Engineers will also conduct yearly <br />compliance inspections. <br />B. Annual reports documenting the progress of the temporary and final mitigated wetlands <br />will be submitted to the Corps of Engineers Tri-Lakes Project Office in October of each year <br />beginning in 1996. These reports will contain the following information; <br />- discussion of impacts incurred during the preceding year, <br />- discussion of mitigation completed during preceding year, <br />- maps/drawings indicating the above, and <br />- photo documentation. <br />C. The mitigation areas, both temporary and permanent, must be viable functioning <br />wetlands containing a predominance of wetland species. <br />D. All mitigated wetlands will remain free of landscaping, mowing, cutting, burning or any <br />other practice that might change their character. <br />7 <br />
