Thanks for the numbers. Unfortunately, the ARR went out before I got your message. I can revise the form and
resubmit it next week. I cio have a problem with the number for the total number of disturbed acres at the mine
(106.52). The 61.21 acreas added to the 45.31 acres (which I understand) is not a correct number for prior
disturbance. The 61.21 represents the total area removed from the coal mine permit area that constituted the sand
and gravel permit, but total coal mine disturbance within the 61.21 acres was minimal consisting of only the South Pit,
the remainder being totally attributable to the sand and gravel operation.

When completing the 2007 ARR please use the numbers on the attached form.
The origins of the numbers are:
45.31 = 33.37 + 11.94
106.52 = 61.21 + 45.3'1
