I reported the situation later that day to the proper
United people. I believe the barrels were moved the next day. Your letter reminding me
I'd missed the response deadline prompted me to check the areas today, add and grade
some roadbase to a portion of the area south of the containment structure, and take a
picture of each area.
Enclosed is a picture sheet. On the right are the DRMS Inspection photos. On the left is
one photo of each location, taken by me, from about the same place the inspection photos
were taken. The barrels in question have been moved to secondary containment or
returned to the oil dealer. I apologize for missing the response deadline. Chances are good
this won't happen again. If this response is not satisfactory -let me know.
Sincerely,
~ ~ . 7~~
Brent W. Kerr
