Ms. Angela Bellantoni <br />Apri125, 2007 <br />Page 8 <br />• Water Rights <br />Northfield is planning to pursue a water rights augmentation plan and substitute water <br />supply plan (SWSP) as indicated in our March, 2006 hydrology report. The <br />augmentation plan will be approved through the water court and will be acceptable to the <br />State Engineer's Office and Division Engineer.
