Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Naturaf Resource Trustee <br />This application package is for a construction materials operation which affects 10 acres or more. <br />If you plan to conduct a construction materials extraction operation which meets these criteria, please follow the instructions <br />provided in this package, in the Rules and Regulations, and in the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of <br />Construction Materials, as required. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS PRIOR TO FILING: <br />The Construction Material Rules and Regulations (the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction <br />Materials, Section 34-32.5-101, et s.., C.R.S., and 2 CCR 407-1) and the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board (the <br />"Board") regulate the permitting, operational and reclamation requirements for all construction material extraction operations in <br />Colorado. It is your obligation to comply with the Act and Regulations. You are encouraged to obtain and review a copy of the <br />• Rules, available for $8.00 from the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (the "Office").
