<br />• <br />4 DISTRICT REGULATIONS & PRINCIPAL PERMITTED USES <br />4.1 AF -AGRICULTURAL FORESTRY ZONE DISTRICT <br />4.1.1 DESCRIPTION: Non-urban areas established for the purpose of efficiently using <br />land to conserve forest resources, protect the natural environment, and preserve <br />uninhabited areas. <br />4.1.2 PERMITTED USES: <br />4.1.2.1 Accessory buildings and uses; <br />4.1.2.1.1 A manufactured home, manufactured home single-pride, single family <br />d~oTelling, or efficiency unit tia~ll be allo~eTed as an accessory use for all <br />permitted uses except when used in conjunction with the following: cabin; <br />single-family dwelling; group home; home occupation and manufactured <br />home, manufactured home single-wide. Only one (1) manufactured home, <br />manufactured home single-ride, single-family dwelling, or efficiency unit will <br />be allowed as an accessory use per premises; <br />4.1.2.1.2 A cabin, manufactured home, manufactured home single-wide, single- <br />family dwelling, or efficiency unit will be allowed as an accessory use on a <br />farm or ranch if it will be occupied by persons employed on the property and <br />their families, which is to be known as a Farm and Ranch Hand Quarters. The <br />following are required in order to qualify for the accessory building and use: <br />4.1.2.1.2.1 Agricultural Declaration and documents from the Fremont County <br />Assessor's Office; <br />4.1.2.1.2.2. Letter stating the circumstances requiring the accessory use and <br />building, and the terms of employment for the person(s) ~vho will <br />inhabit the accessory building; <br />4.1.2.1.2.3 Compliance Frith the zone district setback, building height, and lot <br />coverage requirements; <br />4.1.2.1.2.4 Proof of water, which may be a letter from a public water district <br />indicating that the proposed use can be provided water service, or a <br />letter or a copy of a well pemvt from the Colorado Division of Water <br />Resources, which notes that the proposed use can be serviced by a well; <br />4.1.2.1.2.5 Proof of sewage disposal, which may be a letter from a public sewer <br />district or a copy of an individual percolation test for the specific use; <br />Agricultural Forestry Zone District 4 - 4.1.8 Section 4 - <br />Page <br />
