Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Twentymile Coal Company submitted NPDES Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMR), for August 2007, <br />September 2007, October 2007, and November 2007, for Colorado Department of Public Health and <br />Environment CDPS permit no. CO-0027154. These reports were submitted to the Division on October 2, <br />2007, October 30, 2007, November 29, 2007, and January 2, 2008 respectively. <br />Several outfalls discharged regularly or intermittently during the reporting periods. No exceedances were <br />noted at any of the outfalls for any of the analytical parameters. TCC sampled and analyzed the effluent <br />for outfall OOSX for WET tests. No exceedances were reported for outfa11005X. The report is in <br />compliance with Rule 4.15.13(2)(iii).
