Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division received Twentymile Coal Company's (TCC) Third Quarter 2007Pond Inspection <br />Report on October 15, 2007. The ponds were inspected by TCC personnel on September 26 and 27, <br />2007. Four locations were discharging during the inspection. <br />Minor repairs were noted to be conducted in 2008 for several of the ponds. Maintenance items <br />consisted primarily of removal of vegetative material from portions of the ponds.
