("Applicant") in accordance wfth $ectlon §37-80.137(11), C.R.B. An amendmentto that <br />requ®st was submitted on April 26, 2006. The applicant shall ba responsible for compliance with <br />this plan, but the State engineer's Office may also pursue the landowner for eventual compliance. <br />The required fee of 51.343 tar the original SW8P has been paid (nscelpt no. 3600884) ahd a fee <br />of $217 has bean paid to emend the SWSP (rece(pt no. 3603210). <br />Plan Opsratiott <br />This plan seeks to replace depletions resulting from mining at the Lupton l,ekes Resource <br />Pit ("Lupton Lykes"). The depletions tltat result from the Mining operation are evaporation, water <br />lost In mined product, concrete hatching and dust suppnjssion. The applicant is currently <br />planning to wet mine the site, however, if they decide m dewater and dry mine the site, depletions <br />well also result from the dewateting operation. <br />The amended request specifies that wells 194905, 7280R. 20317R,1408R, 2819F, <br />1857RR, 28ZOF, 20Q133R,121700R and 19844RF will be used to provide process water to the <br />mining operation.
