(HGTI) has provided the Division with the fourth quarter 2007 Discharge <br />Monitoring Reports foi° CPDS permit No. COG-850008 for the Hayden Gulch Loadout (DBMS Permit <br />No. C 1992-091). Two ponds exist on the permit area, 001 and 002. The report was received by the <br />Division on January 28., 2008. No discharges were recorded from either pond during fourth quarter 2007. <br />HGTI also provided D]~IR sheets for Outfall 001 for third quarter 2007 that had inadvertently been left out <br />of the third quarter 2007 submittal.
