Please
find below answers to your concerns and attachments that you required.
Exhibit D-Reclamation Plan
1. I have attached a seeding plan that outlines the specific quantity of each grass species to
be planted.
2. There will not be any haul roads or access roads constructed at the site. Access to the
site will be via Cheyenne County Road 17 and you turn right off the county road into
the mine area. The entire area will be reclaimed. Therefore, we see no need for a
notarized letter from the landowner allowing/requesting the hauUaccess road, to be
constructed, be left in place after reclamation is complete.
Exhibit E -Map
3 and 4. There will be approximately 10,000 (cubic yards) of topsoil stockpiled at the site.
The topsoil stockpiles will be located in the south area of the permit boundaries. There will be
no overburden or product stockpiles. The topsoil will be stripped and loaders will remove the
material and haul to the project site for shouldering material. There will be no processing
equipment on site.
