-G- <br />Per/mt~t' Coadition <br />/ A reportable spilt is a spilt of any toxic or Hazardous substance (including spills of petroleum products) within the <br />mined land permit area reportable to any Division of the Colorado Department of Public Health and the L•rrvimnment, the <br />National Response Center, the Colorado Emergency Planning Commission, any local Emergency Planning Cormrtissiaa, <br />local Emergency Planning Conxnittee, or the State Oi! tnspcctor. The Mite Operator shall notify the Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DBMS) of a reportabbe spill within the mined land pemtit area using the same tittteframe <br />required by the pemrit, license, notice, statute, rule or regulation governing the reporring of the spill to the other appt+olniatc <br />agency. Notice ofa reportable spill shall be FA.~ed to: Minerals Pmgram Supervisor, Division of Reclamation, Mining and <br />Safety, FAX (303) 832-5 t 06.
