Custody seals were present and intact. The temperature of the sample(s) upon arrival was 2 °C. Sample(s) were received in good condition; in the proper container, and within holding times. Sample(s) were preserved properly ; VOC sample(s) were marked as preserved on the bottle labels. VOC sample(s) were received with no headspace present. The first two Nitrate samples of this project were received within 15 minutes of holding time expiration and could not be run within holding time. JD QUALITY ASSURANCE Analyses performed on samples in this work order meet the requirements of the EAL Quality Assurance Program unless otherwise explained. Analyses of RCRA samples meet the requirements of NELAC and Utah Rule R444-14 unless otherwise explained. CMS CLIENT SERVICES There are no anomalies to re ort. SG p GENERAL CHEMISTRY Anion samples were received too late for samples OS-9449-01 & 02 to meet the Nitrate holding times. There were no other anomalies to report..MM/CMS METALS ANALYSIS The post digest spike recovery for calcium is outside the QC limits due to the high concentration of calcium in the sample versus the low concentration of the spike. All LCS recoveries were within QC limits, proving the analysis was in control. There are no other anomalies to report. MB/CMS GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY Method TEH_W: There are no anomalies to report. JM Method 8021_W: The Benzene recovery on the matrix spike (MS) is 0.7% below the QC limit. The LCS, LCSD, and MSD recoveries are within the QC limits. There are no other anomalies to report.
