The modified NOV <br />also resulted in a revised civil penalty amount of $750.00, as indicated with the <br />November 30, 2007 Notice of Proposed Civil Penalty. <br />Oakridge Energy, Inc. previously paid the initially issued civil penalty of $1250.00, so <br />we are now refunding the difference between the initially paid amount, and the reduced <br />amount as noticed on November 30, 2007.
