Halde Sand >9~ Gravel <br />Regular 112 Permit Application <br />Halde Pit <br />EXHIBIT H -WILDLIFE INFORMATION <br />(1) (a) Description of the significant wildlife resources in the area; <br />There are no significant wildlife resources in the area. <br />(b) Seasonal use of the area; <br />Wildlife species list in the area include Jackrabbit, Cottontail rabbit, <br />raptors, prairie dog, quail and reptiles. <br />(c) The presence and estimated population of threatened or endangered species; <br />There are no known endangered or threatened species in the <br />proposed area. <br />(d) A description of the general affect during and after operation on existing wildlife of <br />the area; <br />Disturbance to shortgrass habitat is likely from the proposed mining <br />operations. However, the overall impact to wildlife species is <br />minimal to none. <br />(2) The Application may be reviewed/commented on by the Division of Wildlife <br />It is understood that the Division of Wildlife may wish to review and <br />comment on this particular area prior to the end of the public <br />comment period. <br />
