Minimize footprint of stockpile to limit disturbance. Use FS <br /> for regrading and contouring. <br />Erosion & 110. Erosion will be minimized through interim reclamation BMP <br />Sediment Control including, but not limited to, contouring, seeding and <br /> mulching. <br /> 111. Sediment control measures such as, but not limited to, silt BMP <br /> fence, straw mulch, site containment and sediment control <br /> ponds will be utilized as needed. <br /> 112. Construction on steep slopes (>60%) would be fully Forest Plan <br /> designed and engineered according to Forest.Service <br /> standards and design criteria and should include an <br /> erosion control and maintenance plan. <br />Geologic Hazard 113. Leases contain stipulations restricting surface occupancy Federal Coal <br /> in areas of geologic hazards: Avoid areas with high Lease <br /> geologic hazards to prevent mass slope failure in Section Stipulation <br /> 32, T13S, R90W, 6th P.M. unless specifically approved <br /> by authorized officer. <br /> 114. Controlled Surface Occupancy Stipulation. Areas with Federal Coal <br /> moderate geological hazards will require analysis and Lease <br /> mitigation plans detailing construction and mitigation Stipulation <br /> techniques to ensure stability of facilities in portions of <br /> Sections 27-29 and 32-34, T13S, R90W, 6th P.M. and <br /> Sections 3-4, 9-10, T14S, R90W, 6th P.M. unless <br /> specifically approved by authorized officer. <br /> 115. No Surface Occupancy Stipulation- No operating on Federal Coal <br /> slopes greater than or equal to 60% or areas surrounded Lease <br /> by slopes greater than or equal to 60% to prevent erosion, Stipulation <br /> mass failure and loss of productivity in portions of <br /> Sections 27-29 and 32-34, T13S, R90W, 6th P.M. and <br /> Sections 3-4, 9-10 T14S, R90W, 6th P.M. unless <br /> specifically approved by authorized officer. <br /> 116. Controlled Surface Use Stipulation Surface use on slopes Federal Coal <br /> 40-60% will be subject to analysis and mitigation plans Lease <br /> detailing construction and mitigation techniques to Stipulation <br /> minimize potential for soil loss, mass land movement, <br /> revegetation failure and unacceptable visual impairment <br /> except as otherwise approved by authorized officer. This <br /> may apply to lands in partions of Sections 27-29, 32-34 <br /> T13S, R90W, 6th P.M. and Sections 3-4, 9-10, T14S, <br /> R90W, 6th P.M. <br />Incidental Coal 117.
