'The Mine Qperutar shalt notify the Division of <br />Rectamarion, Mining and Safety (DBMS) of a reportable spilt within the mined land perttrit azea using the same tirneframe <br />required by the permit, license, notice, statute, rule or regulation governing the repariing of the spill in the other appropriate <br />agency. Notice of a reportable spill shall be FAXed to: Minerals Pmgram Supervisor, Division of Reclamatiart, Mining and <br />Safety, FAX (303) 832-8 i06.
