To complete the process of bid <br /> award , you must send the following information to me within ten (10) calendar <br /> days from receipt of this notice: <br /> 1 ) A certificate of insurance in the amounts given in Number 5, <br /> Insurance , of the General Conditions . The certificate of insurance <br /> must show the State of Colorado as an additional insured. <br /> 2) A project schedule, as specified in Number 7 of the General <br /> Conditions . <br /> 3) A performance bond and a labor and materials payment bond in the <br /> amounts of 100 percent and 100 percent respectively of the bid <br /> amount (S24,000.00) .
