Road construction plans would identify specific locations Road Use <br /> of drainage i:eatures and BMPs for approval by the FS Permit (FSM <br /> engineer/permit administrator prior to construction. 2733.04b <br /> and FSM <br /> 7730) , <br /> Forest <br /> Service <br /> Roads Policy <br />19. Road design packages will be submitted to the FS for Forest Plan <br /> approval prior to any construction activity. Roads open to <br /> the public (Levels 3, 4 & 5) will require written approval <br /> prior to any construction activity. <br />20. Protect access roads will be gated and closed year-round RACR <br /> to the general public. Personnel with access will be <br /> monitored to insure such access is not abused; i.e., no <br /> access during non-working hours for purposes unrelated <br /> to the project such as hunting or off-roading. <br />21. All new access roads constructed for the sole use of this RACR, 36 <br /> project will be decommissioned by full obliteration when CFR 228 E, <br /> no longer needed for the project and reclaimed. Road Use <br /> Permit (FSM <br /> 2733.04b <br /> and FSM <br /> 7730) <br />22. Road work will be performed only upon authorization of Road Use <br /> the District Ranger and comply with the terms of MCC's Permit (FSM <br /> Road Use Permit.
