Existing roads would be left in a condition equal to or Road Use <br /> better than that observed on MCC's entry into the area or Permit <br /> to the satisfaction of the USFS engineer or permit <br /> administrator. At the completion of mining operations <br /> MCC will blade and crown all roads; shape and repair <br /> shoulders; clean all culverts and drainage ditches; and <br /> perform all other road maintenance work necessary to <br /> insure satisfactory. functioning of the road drainage <br /> system. <br /> 2. FS Roads 710, 711, Horse Gulch Road (711.2b) and MCC Project <br /> Sylvester Gulch Roads would be used to access area. Plan, <br /> Access to the area would primarily be on the Sylvester County Road <br /> Gulch Road. MCC must provide specific improvement and use Forest Plan, <br /> parameters using the AASHTO design criteria (Guideline AASHTO <br /> for geometric design of very low volume roads (2001 Design <br /> edition) and Design guide for pavement structures (1993 Standard, <br /> edition)) for public roads (Service Levels 3, 4 and 5} or as Road Use <br /> approved by Forest Engineer, to be designed by a <br />21 <br />
