I believe <br />this is reasonable as I have been told by the owner, there is 20 million in gold ore <br />reserves in the mine. His intent is to open and resume mine operation. <br />They are waiting for winter snowpack to reach a point that access can be opened <br />~~ ithout concern for avalanche activity. Sneffels Creek flows through the <br />center of the property and is considered valuable for recreational, open space and <br />development purposes.
