Tueller is "an attorney representing the.
homeowners' association in talks with the airport
authority."
Though Tueller is a resident of Last Dollar anti
president of the Last Dollar Homeowners
Association, according to Tueller, at those meetings
he has acted "at the express direction, and in con-
sultation with the HOA Board." He is not the lega]
representative of the homeowners association or
any individual owner in Last Dollar.
f n that tiame issue, The Watch quoted Wal}:er
hr0(~el't}' i~«%ner Dave Walker as saying: ``That prop-
erty will remain open and will have to follow in the
same footsteps that I did before I would even con-
sider letting anyone else own it." That is not quite
the ease. reports owner representative Ed Andrews.
"Although it is our hope that a buyer for this unique
and beautiful. property will continue to allow the
public to visit the waterfalls, we cannot and will not
dictate to a buyer what he or she can or cannot do
with the property once it has been purchased. This
would not be appropriate, in our opinion."
The Watch regrets a~ly confusion.
$16
GrE
2001
Level 1/
