If a CD is requested and the permit is too large for a CD, you will be called. <br />Please allow up to 5 business days from the rccCipt of this signed document for your CD or DVD to be available. <br />/CD (u,) $5.00 per disk DVD (u? $20.00 per disk <br />v Please check if you want a copy of the QuickView installation instructions. <br />Computer requirements to ase the DMG document imaging CD (or DVD): <br />1. A program called Quit;kView will be copic~tl to the CD and must be installed on your computer in order to use a I)MG imaging CD the <br />first time. Future use of tlhic or other imaging CD°s does not require a new installation of the software. <br />2. The CD or DVD that you purchase must be in the D: drive. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. <br />3. The CD will contain files with the .tif extension. Thcrc needs to bean image viewing application for .tif files on your computer that <br />will handle single and multi-page documents. On t< Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs are called "Windows 1?icture <br />and Fax Viewer" or "Paint°' and they do not work with QuickView. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pre-Windows XP computers <br />does work. DMG has det~t:rmined that a program called "IrfanVicw'", which can be downloaded from IrthnView.eom, does work with <br />QuickView. After downloading "IrtanVicw", it needs to be contigured as your default .tif viewer. DMG does not support or endorse this <br />software and the licensing; and regi.tration are the user's responsibility. There are malty other programs that work as well, such as <br />"Imaging Prcvicw" and "Imaging for Windows". <br />1<nstructions• <br />1. Insart the CD intc- your computer. <br />2. Allow time for the CD to install. <br />3. lrject the CD from the computer. <br />4. Reinsert the CD unto the computer. <br />5. You arc ready to view the Permit Files. <br />NbTlr: A program called QuickView Autorun, which runs the QuickView <br />setup program, has also been copied to this CD. If the Autorun program <br />dots NOT work, you will nerd to manually install the ~luickVicw program. <br />Instructions for manually installing QuiekVView are available upon request <br />with the CD or can be viewed at www.minine.state.co.us. <br />The Permit 1'~lle docume»t images can be viewed in the reception area of the DMG office or they can be purchased ou a CD or <br />DVD. The CD/DVD purchase cost covers the time and labor of making the CD.
