Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />In reference to your 112 Reclamation Permit Application for the Priola Pit located in <br />Adams County, the Division of Reclamation, Mining, & Safety (DBMS) has to date <br />received three letters from governmental agencies in response to notices sent to them by <br />DBMS advising them of your intent to apply for a Reclamation Permit. Additionally, <br />DBMS has received one letter from Excel Energy. In accordance with Rule 1.7.1(3), we <br />are hereby forwarding those letters to you. As we receive additional letters of objection <br />or concern, they will be forwarded to your office. <br />With regards to the proof of publication and required notices, please refer to Rule <br />1.6.2(g), which. states that the applicant must submit proof of publication and proof of all <br />required notices prior to office consideration of the application.
