In reference to your 112 Reclamation Permit Application for the Priola Pit located in
Adams County, the Division of Reclamation, Mining, & Safety (DBMS) has to date
received three letters from governmental agencies in response to notices sent to them by
DBMS advising them of your intent to apply for a Reclamation Permit. Additionally,
DBMS has received one letter from Excel Energy. In accordance with Rule 1.7.1(3), we
are hereby forwarding those letters to you. As we receive additional letters of objection
or concern, they will be forwarded to your office.
With regards to the proof of publication and required notices, please refer to Rule
1.6.2(g), which. states that the applicant must submit proof of publication and proof of all
required notices prior to office consideration of the application. Therefore, please
provide these documents as soon as possible so that we may begin the adequacy review.
