Some permanent BMPs have been constructed including <br />a sedimentation pond and diversion berms. Areas that were temporarily disturbed <br />have been seeded and mulched. One small leak (»300 gal) of untreated mine water <br />occurred in late November. The spill was contained, cleaned-up, and reported. <br />It did not leave the site. Overall compliance with the SWMP has been good. No <br />revisions to the SWA7P have been made to date, although the SWMP is currently being <br />revised far mining activities in anticipation of receiving a mining permit <br />(current SWMP is written for exploration activities). <br />Were changes made to your SWMP? Findings, and action taken: <br />Only initial reconfiguration of the site has taken place. The haul <br />road to the Packrat portal is present with MSHA berms.
