blend with the surrounding topography. The affected azeas will be topsoiled and revegetated to meet the
requirements of Rule 4.15.
Given the area encompassed by TCC's Permit Boundary, there were a number of pre-existing ranch roads in-place
prior to any mining disturbance, as shown on the Surface Facilities and Freshwater Systems Map (Map 24, Sheets 1
through 3). These roads have not been modified or improved in conjunction with ongoing mining operations. The
roads are utilized by grazing lessees and others for general land management activities and may be utilized, without
modification, to access hydrologic monitoring sites. These roads will be retained to support land management
activities following completion of mining operations, and TCC has no reclamation obligation relative to these pre-
existing roads.
The transport system of the Fish Creek Tipple operation consists of a railroad spur, haulroad, access roads, and light
use roads. The location, construction, use, and maintenance of these are further detailed on pages 2.05-7 through
2.04-14 of Volume VIII.
PR06-07 2.05-74.3 11 /27/06
