11. Water permitting information
The Applicant will obtain coverage under a Colorado Discharge Permit System permit for any discharge of
storm water, dewatering flows, and process water, before initiating mining activities. The CDPS permit is
the equivalent of an NPDES permit for the state of Colorado. It is not planned to discharge such waters, but
rather, to allow that water to infiltrate into undisturbed terrace alluvium.
