This violation <br /> was written for failure to minimize erosion from the extensive haul <br /> road system at the Coal Basin Mines. Abatement is to submit, <br /> receive approval, and implement a revised plan to prevent excessive <br /> sedimentation off of the roads. Technical revision-25 has been <br /> submitted and called complete.
